Melanie Carroll

Melanie J Carroll is a charity executive, coach, facilitator, and organisational leader working across the charity, community, and voluntary sectors. She serves as Mission Enabler for Churches Together in All Lincolnshire and as Executive Officer for several small charities, supporting governance, collaboration, and strategic development. Alongside this work she leads training, speaks at conferences, and runs an independent bookshop. Her background includes life and business coaching, spiritual direction, and trustee roles within the charity sector. She is also a writer and practitioner working at the intersection of faith, reflection, and community life. developing prayer resources, reflective sessions, and initiatives that support faith, community, and everyday spiritual life.
