From the start of his career, his practice concentrated on representing individuals harmed by negligence, defective products, unsafe pharmaceuticals, environmental contamination, and medical errors. In 1985, he assumed ownership of The Oshman Firm, a role he has maintained for more than four decades. Throughout this period, he has remained directly involved in case strategy, client communication, and firm leadership. Over the course of his career, Ted Oshman has helped recover more than $500 million for clients. These results include over $55 million recovered in the Roundup litigation and more than $40 million obtained in the transvaginal mesh litigation. In medical malpractice litigation, one notable case resulted in a $42 million cash payment and a structured annuity following a failure to adequately monitor labor progress. Beyond legal practice, he serves as Principal Owner of Naliboki Enterprises, LLC; President of Sonaro Realty Corp.; former Chief Executive Officer of NeoVC; and Chairperson of eMatrix Energy Systems, Inc. He remains active in philanthropy and values time with his wife, Anne, and their three children.
