Donnell has over 15 years of research and practice experience in identifying and enhancing individual capabilities and institutional actions that improve college student access and success. When not reimagining higher education, Donnell (aka DB) can often be found playing tennis, talking personal finance, and enjoying everything Disney has to offer especially Epcot and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
