Here’s How I Can Help You Grow Your Business I’ve broken this section up into three parts so you can jump to the part that interests you most: A mini-intro about me (because if we’re going to become great friends, you should know a little about me). How I can help you find the purpose, impact and fun (yes, fun!) in growing your business (because like I said, I’m here for you, and I want to help). A little fun (because without it, what’s the point?). Part One: The Mini-Intro I live by five rules: I love my family. As a single mom, I make a lot of personal sacrifices to create the life for us that we want. I pull my kids in on my goals and we create goals together so then on the occasions when I have to skip something that is really important, they understand why I made that choice. No excuses. I am constantly checking myself to see if I’m in alignment with my integrity. Am I doing what I’m asking others to do? I get my stuff done consistently (and I’m definitely not a type A). Live your passion. You better love what you’re doing because it’s going to be a lot of work. Lead with the heart. I’ve built my business on developing relationships of trust FIRST, and only when they trust me do I ask them to take action. Embrace whatever’s next. Know that challenges today are placed in your path to strengthen you for the future success (because there will be more of those same challenges the more successful you become). Welcome them, embrace them, recognize them and move on to the next big step. Part Two: Taking The Stress Out of Owning a Business I coach small business owners (B2B and B2C) how to increase sales using internet and social media marketing. I show you a simple, quick and easy plan that is executable and I do it in a way that is highly effective at converting prospects into customers and customers into raving fans that tell their friends about your business. My Credentials: I have invented numerous consumer products, developed overseas manufacturing models and bush whacked my way onto the shelves of Pottery Barn, William Sonoma and Sears. I’m a small business strategist with over 20 years of operations experience working in the field of consumer products working with Inc Magazines Fastest Growing 500 company’s. My latest program in development is Social Media Lab 101 which is a novices guide to driving sales through high online engagement. Part Three: A Little Fun Here’s what I love: Dance parties with my kids – just add iTunes and a flash feature on the phone and you have your own Studio 54 (wow, just dated myself). A great conversation. Leave no detail behind, please! Watching my son play baseball. Watching the Rockies play baseball. Baseball. Watching my daughter develop into a SNL caliber comedian that rivals Kristen Wiig. Right before sunset sitting in an Adirondack chair in my back yard with my bare feet in the grass and a cocktail in my hand listening to the kids play. Skiing the freshies in a back bowl anywhere in Colorado. Hitting the green in regulation and then sinking a 15’ breaking putt for birdie. Ripping something apart with a Sawzall.
