I am a 35-year-old single mom, living a life in recovery and chasing mental health, stability, and peace. My son has saved my life in more ways than I can count, and he pushes me to be a better person every single day. My writing is born out of both struggle and resilience. My blogs focus on mental health, recovery, single motherhood, and surviving the odds stacked against me during my years in active addiction. My story has taken me through darkness and despair, but it has also shown me beauty, light, and hope. I share my truth in hopes of reaching others who may feel alone in their battles. If my words can offer even a spark of hope, strength, or connection, then the pain I’ve walked through serves a greater purpose.
