Summary: My friends refer to me as "The Concierge" since I'm the one they call for recommendations on where to go, what to do, and how to do it - usually in an unrealistic timeline and budget. My clients just refer me because I get results and we have fun throughout the process. I’m an integrated marketing and brand strategist with more than 15 years of top agency and corporate experience promoting luxury lifestyle and hospitality, property development, global technology, financial services, retail and automotive clients - in the US and abroad - from initial brief through final analysis. Examples include Ford, Halifax, Sun Microsystems, Citrix Systems, Avaya, PlumpJack and BeautyHeroes. I also have an MBA focused on the triple bottom line of financial success, social responsibility and environmental sustainability. My balanced mixture of both left and right brain strengths include: client service, project management, research, planning, strategy, copy writing, editing, production and events. While I speak creative, I also understand that objectives must be met and goals reached. My focus is on stakeholder engagement and ensuring a smooth, seamless client experience.
