Ruth Bailey

I am a professional artist working in watercolor. After living in many places throughout the US and Europe, I now live in coastal Maryland. I enjoy activities on the water, and images from the water. I also spend as much time as practical every summer on our sailboat. I love color and value, and I love using the 'unexpected' color to highlight, underscore, or intensify.
