Nina Byzantina

I am an independent analyst. I have a Ph.D. (History) focusing on modern and contemporary Russia, culture, and U.S. foreign policy. I also have a Master's (History of Art). This publication has two goals. The first one is to disseminate previously inaccessible historic and contemporary Russian thought translated into English. I feature different writers operating from different historical circumstances and subscribing to various political and ideological view points. Obviously, I do not necessarily endorse the content of each piece in its entirety and leave it up to the reader's own discretion. I know that my audience is intelligent and capable of arriving at their own conclusions. The second goal is to publish my own original content—that I DO endorse!
