I am a wife of a saintly husband and mother of 5 fantastic children, all married who have given me 8 (so far) grandchildren. I am an Associate Professor at Utah Valley University in Family Science (the Social and Behavioral Science department). I love to write, cook, travel, tend chickens and a garden and sometimes can be found folding laundry (don't love). I have authored two parenting books: "Keep It Real and Grab a Plunger: 25 tips for surviving parenthood" and "Parenting With Spiritual Power".
