MVPeatz

Welcome to MVPeatz, a place where taste trumps all. Our goal is to show that the best food doesn’t necessarily come from Michelin Star restaurants, but often stem from hidden gems scattered throughout the world. This could be a hidden hole-in-the-wall restaurant, a street cart at a night market or even in your own kitchen! At MVPeatz, we want to share our food MVPs around our hometown areas--Boston and Los Angeles--and in our travels, but also the MVPs from our kitchen. As science majors, we enjoy using modern kitchen tools--such as sous vide machines, iSi siphons, spherification kits--that have the purpose of achieving consistent and delicious taste. The MVPeatz team is striving for the best and we welcome reviews, comments, and suggestions to help us get there.
