Mark Arensberg is a business transactional attorney with more than four decades of experience advising companies on structuring, contracts, and complex commercial matters. He has been practicing since September 1982 and is preparing to reach his 44th year in the legal profession in 2026. Mark has built his career in transactional business law, focusing on practical legal guidance and long-term client relationships. After his admission to the United States Tax Court in December 1986, he strengthened his ability to manage complex financial and tax-related matters across a range of industries. Alongside his legal work, he has remained active in literacy programs, volunteer service, and family life. Arensberg's work has consistently centered on business law and transactions.
