Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive recognized for his work across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held company that brings together operations and investments across multiple sectors. Born in the United States to a Jordanian family with strong business ties in the Gulf region, Jaser was introduced to commercial environments at an early age. His father, Munir Zaabri, along with extended family members, worked with companies involved in engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading across the UAE and nearby countries. This background gave him early exposure to how businesses operate across different markets. The Zaabri family has been active in business since at least the early 1970s. During that time, relatives were involved in companies such as Universal Trading Group, Target Engineering & Construction Company, and Al Ahlia Group. These companies contributed to infrastructure projects and managed distributorships for international brands entering Gulf markets. This history helped shape Jaser’s understanding of long-term business development. Jaser Zaabri studied at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, earning a bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management. His studies focused on sales, leadership, and operations. These areas later became important in his work building and scaling companies. Jay also attended the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he continued his executive education. At Berkeley, he developed a stronger understanding of strategy, leadership, and organizational growth, preparing him for broader business responsibilities. Early in his career, Jaser worked in international business development and advisory roles. In 2010, he was involved in transactions with members of the Qatari royal family. This experience provided insight into high-level negotiations and cross-border business dealings. In the early 2010s, Zaabri began building his own businesses. From 2011 to 2018, he founded several insurance restoration and general contracting companies under the Anderson Construction name. At the same time, he worked in executive roles within the Anderson Family of Companies, which provided disaster recovery and restoration services across the United States. These businesses focused on rebuilding residential and commercial properties damaged by fires, floods, and other events. Through this work, Jaser gained experience in managing operations, building teams, and developing systems to support large-scale projects. This period helped him understand how to grow businesses while maintaining structure. Alongside his work in construction, Jay Zaabri also gained experience in consumer products and international brand development. From 2012 to 2016, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at XS Energy Drinks. In that role, he helped expand the brand into 38 countries and managed nearly $150 million in annual sales. His work included building distribution networks and managing sales operations across different markets. Jay also served as an executive and board member at MyPillow Inc., contributing to the company's growth. In addition, he co-founded GarbageMan, a company that started as a green initiative and later became a waste management business acquired by a larger organization. From 2017 to 2019, Zaabri served as Executive Vice President of Development and Distribution at Renpure Organics. During his time there, he helped expand the company’s presence across North America and into international markets. Renpure Organics was acquired in 2018 by MAV Beauty Brands and Marc Anthony Cosmetics. In 2019, he returned to the construction and development sector. Until 2021, he held executive roles at Magis LLC, Elysian Construction & Development, and Double G Construction. His focus was on sales growth, marketing, and improving operations. During this period, Double G Construction grew from around $2 million to approximately $60 million in revenue, while Elysian Construction expanded rapidly, surpassing $600 million in revenue within 2 years. In 2022, Jaser founded Evolve Holdings to combine multiple industries under one platform. The company operates across construction and restoration services, recruiting, professional training, property management, hospitality investment, and marketing analytics. Within a few years, the company reached about $250 million in revenue and completed more than 7,000 restoration projects. Its main division, Evolve Construction and Restoration, focuses on rebuilding after disasters. Another division, Evolve Fire and Restoration, has participated in wildfire recovery efforts in Southern California, including in Altadena and Pasadena. Other divisions include Evolve University, which provides sales and leadership training, and Evolve Recruiting, which helps companies build professional teams. These efforts reflect Zaabri’s focus on combining operations with long-term development. Jaser Zaabri's career reflects steady growth across multiple industries. Through Evolve Holdings and its companies, he continues to focus on rebuilding communities and expanding opportunities across markets.
