I am a native of the Golden State who has deep roots and was formed in the Lone Star State. I am a son, a brother, a husband, a father, and a dog owner. I am an enneagram type 8 with a 9 wing (aka the momma bear!) with a self-preservation subtype. I test as an INFJ on the Myers Briggs, but I like people and function well as an extroverted introvert - though it does make me tired. I studied Biology at Texas A&M. I am an Episcopal Priest who was theologically trained at Virginia Theological Seminary and earned my Doctor of Ministry at The School of Theology at the University of the South. I have lived in California, Texas, Virginia, Alabama, Virginia again, and now am back in Texas. I was a saxophonist for ten years, but that was several chapters ago. Now I play a little guitar. When I grow up I would love to be a singer-songwriter. I enjoy travel, cycling, hiking and camping, the occasional cigar and distilled beverage. I'm Eric - I am a follower of Jesus.
