I love books -- reading them, writing them, talking about them, swapping them. I love words -- peculiar words, funny words, words that make you go, "Huh? What's that?" I also like research --digging into a story to find out what really happened, or what a word really means. And, if I can feed my addiction to reading and writing while gazing at the sunset at the beach with my longtime sweetheart and hubby, well, life doesn't get much better -- unless my grandkids come down to play, too. Then I'm in heaven.
