Miguel A. Casillas, MD, is a well-versed medical psychiatrist and addiction medicine physician who has until recently diagnosed and treated patients at Stockton Medical Group with offices in North Little Rock, Hot Springs, Northwest Arkansas, Jonesboro & Texarkana, Arkansas. Dr. Casillas has worked in private practice since 1990 in the Little Rock, Arkansas area, where he has also served as medical director for several adult, geriatric, and drug addiction inpatient hospital units throughout Arkansas. Until his retirement, he was the CEO, Founder, and Medical Director of Stockton Medical Group’s seven medication assisted outpatient opioid use disorder clinics across Arkansas.
