I am a creative person who loves to work with wood. I have a small shop in my garage, and build a variety of custom projects each year. I use mostly hand tools (hand planes, japanese saws), after cleaning up the rough recycled wood that I "rescue" from various sources. I am mostly self-taught, as any of you experienced woodworkers out there will notice by my sometimes unorthodox methods.
