I 'came home' to the Catholic Church in the summer of 2009, at the age of 21. Since then, my faith journey has been wonderful and painful, spiritually dry and as rich as chocolate, exhilarating and frightening. I waited a long time before coming back to the Church because I thought I wasn't good enough or pure enough. When I finally realized God wanted me just the way I was, sins and all, I discovered a love beyond understanding and I couldn't get enough. Almost five years later, I can appreciate every struggle and every triumph of my faith journey. I want to chronicle my journey so I can go back and reflect on the many ways that God is working in my life. I decided to start this blog to do just that. Maybe someone will stumble across my blog and see something worthwhile to them, or maybe no one will ever see it. Either way, this is my way of working out my spiritual struggles and rejoicing in God's goodness. Peace be with you.
