My name is Chelsey Rand. I am 21 years old and was born and raised in North Pole, Alaska. I am currently studying Music Education at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. My major instrument is voice, and my goal is to teach high school choir. I am considering joining the Peace Corps after I graduate in the Spring of 2013. I plan on eventually attending graduate school somewhere in the continental United States.
