I first lived in Grand Forks as a student from 2001-2006. I lived in Madison, WI for 3 years and then moved back to Grand Forks in the fall of 2009. In the spring of 2010 we started the Co-op Garden project. I'm excited to share the joy of gardening and eating with people in my community. My favorite vegetable is a funky heirloom tomato. I'm also involved with the Grand Forks Co-op House (www.gfhouse.org) and serve as a board member of our food co-op, Amazing Grains (www.amazinggrains.org).
