Why do I write? Firstly, I write this daily blog because it compels me to meditate on subjects, not just think about them. There is a difference. When we meditate, we are pursuing our thoughts. It is also a way of sharing them with others. I am a retired senior citizen, living with my wife Teresa, in the heart of PA Dutch Country, Lancaster County Pennsylvania. First and foremost, I am a Christian, saved by grace through Jesus Christ and a 40+ years member of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite.(churchofgodinchristmennonite.net). On the side my hobby is attending auctions "fishing" for bargains to resell on eBay. I focus on vintage hand tools, vintage bicycles and whatever other bargains I happen upon.
