2012 Project 12

I am a performing and visual artist. I also organise inter-cultural events bringing people from all parts of the world together to share our culture, music, food etc. I believe in the brotherhood of man. I developed the idea of 2012 Project 12 on the 8.8.2008 and am trying to make it into the most awesome worldwide art and photography project of the century. I will be using this blog to write about how 2012 Project 12 is coming along as well as a daily splurg about my daily life. Life is art :) I was born in Glasgow, Scotland into a family of Irish culture and heritage. I am the 3rd of 10 siblings. I live in Akranes, Iceland with my husband, a cancer survivor, and 2 sons one of which has high functioning autism and the other has AD/HD, PDD and dyslexia. I suffer from a myriad of auto-immune diseases which causes a lot of pain but I don't let that stop me enjoying life. I am so grateful for the chance to sing and paint and do anything "artistic". It is a great "need" within me to create beauty and make people happy. Live long and prosper :) LoVe Pauline
